GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Jackie: Had trouble understanding the English spoken. Purchased ** Beta fish (live fish) and ** bowl, food and water conditioner. Many calls with Petco confirming the sale. I was asured that the ish and bowls would be shipped together. Twenty six fish just arrived in bowls to put them in. They cannot go into one tank...they will kill each other. I went on the customer chat this morning to find out what tie the fish would arrive...I needed a window to work in because it was being shipped to a business. I was told I would be receiving an email confirming a time. No Email! No Call(they have my cell phone number) I got to get some bowls together to put them in. God help me!
