~KPetersen: Have talked to several branches and not quite satisfied with information provided I tried another. This Sophie person listened and actually heard my questions and offered assistance with my situation. Not only did she fill me with new options she explained where to go and how to get there. I was very tired and grumpy and to be quite honest didn't expect much but she took the time to listen and explain everything. Thank you Sophie for restoring my faith in that there are really good people who care even over the phone!
