~I AM NOT THROUGH YET!: I spoke with a PNC Investment representative about an issue with me making a withdrawal. He was impersonal, monotone, and uncaring about the "snag". He then became sarcastic by having repeat information he had clarified at the beginning of the conversation. I asked him for the name of his supervisor and he paused as if he was annoyed with me and Barb. How unprofessional. I have been with the bank when it was Riggs since ****. It has gone to the dogs.
