GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Panasonic customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~noodlehead: I will never buy a Panasonic product again. Customer service was horrible, kept passing me off to other reps. When someone finally got on the phone I was told I had to send defective product back at my expense. The phone key pad stuck from day one of purchase. Staples would not return it because it was ** days past purchase. I guess I will be buying form Amazon from now on, no more brick and mortor stores for me. Amazon has always been excellent about returns. Shame on Panasonic for not standing behind your product!!
