~ex-Panasonic Customer: Lumix TZ-** camera experienced faults under warranty. Approx * weeks to get repair report. Told * out of * faults didn't exist. Last one would cost *** of initial purchase cost for repair. Over next approx. * weeks had to deal with * humans, email*phone - no satisfactory outcome. Finally Client Liaison Officer sent camera to different state for collection - totally unviable to collect! No reply or apology when alerted to this error. Long time (now ex-) customers left feeling totally ripped off!
