~frustrated: i was referred to the Panasonic Exchange Center, case number ********. The Representative neglected to tell me that there was a $*** charge to just evaluate my camera for repair. **I have just called back Panasonic again and this Rep gave me more details and indicated that the Exchange Center would not charge to send camera back. I will not repair at the that cost, since a new body or camera would be a better financial decision. Annoyed.
