GetHuman40339: I live in Lexington MA and have over the years have found your cafes to be very inconsistent with the exception of the cafe on Fresh Pond in Cambridge MA. The manager "Brian" is without question a restaurateur's RESTAURATEUR. The Fresh Pond Cafe under Brian's leadership and guidance should be the model cafe that all of your operations aspire to. Brian is a polite, friendly, helpful, professional who is always at the customers's service. Panera needs more managers and more employees like Brian.
