~del: These people are the worst to work with. Called and emailed them about the problem I was having with the ck****. I was able after * months of calling to get someone to take my call and they were rude and refused to help.I was told to buy another unit if the one I had ( only a few months old) was not working. Would not honor warranty. Tech support guy hung up on me after that. I will never buy from Parrot again!!!!
