~LynnPF: Yup. It was middle of the night, on November 24th.
GetHuman: Did you reach out to, and if so, how?
~LynnPF: I used the 800-541-9352 number I found for on the GetHuman customer phone number page I was on: Customer Service Phone Number

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~LynnPF: You charged me two delivery cost $*.** each for items under * oz., then sent the wrong part, the number does not match the order or delivery invoice, so I sent in a request to return, you sent the return approval with the wrong part *, now you wont answer after ** minutes you auto attendant says your too busy, call back later and hangs up. My choices, eat $** because you are literally the worst company I have ever dealt with. Pack and pay $* to return the parts but your advice is buy insurance because you not liable. My god, you cant match an order to an invoice to a return requests. Here is a small clue, A dip stick is long and thin, windshield wiper blades come in a pair are curved with rubber and metal.

~LynnPF: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.

~LynnPF: For that I would say four out of five.

~LynnPF: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for to know who you are.
