~Frustrated PayPal User!: Absolutely nerve-wrecking trying to get someone on the phone!!! First I tried * *** *** **** and waited for ** minutes until I hung up! Now this number, I waited for ** minutes until I gave up!! Seriously? Do I have to take a day off just for getting a hold of someone at PayPal???
