~dblhelixman: Alleged factory reconditioned warranted Kirby vacuum I bought was neither and I wanted to ship it back & get refund. PayPal TOLD ME the seller had violated agreement and reversed the charge even though I wanted to return the unit. They said "keep it." Couldn't get a response from the seller (Kyle Anders(o)(e)n). ** days later PayPal debited the money from my account, implied I was a liar and refused to make the seller hold up his end - a reconditioned ** years warranted unit instead of a non-working, filthy unwarranted unit he sent. ** days later PP debited my account after sending me final decision to the contrary. They are sleaze.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~dblhelixman: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about PayPal's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~dblhelixman: For that I would say two out of five.

~dblhelixman: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for PayPal to know who you are.
