~Elliott Wave: Customer service for US clients seems better, but we're not in the US and international customer service was hopeless. They didn't listen, could not comprehend the problem and were unwilling and unable to resolve this. Transferred twice, cut off once. Each new person we had to explain the whole problem over again. Heavy accents meant agents were difficult to understand. Agents spoke over us and did not listen.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting PayPal. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a PayPal problem?
~Elliott Wave: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Elliott Wave: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about PayPal's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Elliott Wave: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other PayPal customers?
~Elliott Wave: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for PayPal to know who you are.
