~Matthew Stephen: Their call bank is an absolute abortion. * minutes of questions that require a verbal response (that doesn't work from my iphone) to get put on hold. I will never, ever, ever use Paypal again if I do not have to. **And then my account gets selected for a "random" security assessment that requires me to change my passwords and puts my account on hold (for which speaking to a human being would really be helpful). **Ah, if I wanted to launder money I'd use bitcoin. I'm trying to do legitimate business and you're not helping me!

~Matthew Stephen: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Matthew Stephen: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about PayPal's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Matthew Stephen: For that I would say five out of five.

~Matthew Stephen: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for PayPal to know who you are.
