~mad as hell: was given that number to contact customer service for PP Extras account. After getting past the automaton I got a live person who told me that was handled by another department. She transfered me and I GOT CUT OFF! This is typical of PAYPAL. I don't know why anyone uses them. I have closed one account and am trying to close my PP Extras account which I have paid in full after requesting (by mail! that they send me a statement.

~mad as hell: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about PayPal's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~mad as hell: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other PayPal customers?
~mad as hell: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for PayPal to know who you are.
