~sharon: mi name is Sharon, I live in panama , im a frequent buyer at payless, just bought a new pair and since they fit perfect I used them that day paid **.** plus tax and dropped the ticket, because they fit, * hours later they completely tear aparte, they just broke, I took them to the store for they to see how bad quality or too much time in the heat of panama it just broke them, Sonia franco in multiplaza came to me and said im sorry I wont change them cause you don't have the ticket I couldn't believe it, she was very rude, and said she didn't care if I write to you, buecause they were not payless as you, they are separate from you. if its true they shouldn't have your name. I hope you take care of this
