Got this info from customer support at an obsure Pegasus product carrier at ***-***-****.**My call to Paini to replace a rubber button cover on the spray nozzle was successful. No charge for the part, free shipping, out in mail today. **This is second time I've replaced this part in * years. Last time I made a mistake and bought the entire nozzle. The rubber button cover should be made of silicone or surgical latex not the type that wears and cracks with constant use.I am a little disappointed in product though overall the brushed stainless steel faucet is attractive and of good quality.
