~prisy4168: this is update on my previous post.. after such poor communication on hearing back from company so i can return my phone, they finally sent me the email with the RMA * . i sent it back with tracking and AS SOON as they received it, they emailed me the receipt and that my refund will be submitted to my card..very impressed with that.now i will see how long it will take to credit my card.
