GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Photobucket.com customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~aj: The problem isn't that I didn't receive a response. It's that they used a robot to respond, and the message basically told me to renew my account in order to login, which isn't what I wanted. **I wanted to be removed from their mailing list after I cancelled my photobucket account. Any spam should have stopped as soon as I cancelled, or within a couple of days. I received spam from them a week after cancelling my account.
