GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/21/17?
GetHuman-kathryne: I wasn't sure about Pinterest at first but now I really like it. There are so many good ideas that I get overwhelmed by them. I want to do everything I see. Lately, I have seen pictures of animals that really disturb me and I'm sure some others. I now have to carefully navigate Pinterest so I don't see any of these pictures, for instance a tortured, hanged, dead Pit Bull. I'm sure people are trying to bring this horrible fact of life to our attention but this is not what I want to see on Pinterest. It has taken away the enjoyment. It bothers me for days to see these things. Stories with a happy ending are different but to see something so horrible with a tragic ending is on the other side of the Spectrum as to what Pinterest should be.**Thank you,**Kathryn Koran.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Pinterest. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Pinterest problem?
GetHuman-kathryne: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-kathryne: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Pinterest's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-kathryne: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Pinterest customers?
GetHuman-kathryne: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Pinterest to know who you are.
