GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/03/17?
GetHuman-mnnreb: I was addicted to PINTEREST for all the variety when you went to the page... NOW you miss the opening variety page! I feel closed in from it... You should be able to message members for compliments, issues, etc... Create a site email system for it! I google topic pinterest .. now and go right to boards of members, still missing out on info, pictures, etc... I feel!

GetHuman-mnnreb: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-mnnreb: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Pinterest's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-mnnreb: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Pinterest customers?
GetHuman-mnnreb: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Pinterest to know who you are.
