GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Pinterest customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-jimcouga: Please add "HOBBIES" to the Categories
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/29/17?
GetHuman-jimcouga: I want to start some boards on miniature dioramas, interior, exterior and the all of the miniature items that it takes to create them. I would like these boards to be created under a categories called HOBBIES. I am sure that there are hundreds if not thousands of items on Pinterest right now that would easily fall under that category.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Pinterest. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Pinterest problem?
GetHuman-jimcouga: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-jimcouga: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Pinterest's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-jimcouga: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Pinterest customers?
GetHuman-jimcouga: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Pinterest to know who you are.
