GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/30/17?
GetHuman-jbritt: Sent my pioneer receiver vsx ****-k to Hebron ky site on Aviation blvd and had repaired when I received it back much later i left it in the box and went on vacation well when I returned took out the box plugged it up the only thing that l came on was hdmi red light kept flashing I tried turning the unit off with the remote but it would not respond to the remote so I put brand new batteries in however it would not turn off I tried manually by pressing the on off button but to know avail so i thought my be it just needs to be hooked up to speakers and television nope nothing worked. i was told the reason it took so long to return the unit is because they where waiting on parts however when i looked at the work order it only mentioned they had upgrade firmware which can be done with a simple download and it stated Re-sholder*sholder the work order number is ******* there address is pinnacle services solutions group **** aviation blvd hebfon ky I need to send this back to really get it fixed *J.Britt *** *** **** someone please call me.
