~Mo: I have never had such poor customer service. Called ***-***-**** spoke to a kiaira not real sure how to spell gave address she could not pull up said let me put you on hold she hung up on me. Called back got her again Kiaira I said I just spoke to you and we got disconnected she said no you did not there are lots of people in customer service with the name kiaira. I find that hard to believe. She asked for address again and immidiately said call back and get the store can't find address. I said I did and the suggested to call *** number because I wanted online price. She started to raise her voice at me I asked for manager got Joann nice helped and added address. Mkkiaira Jamaica I think she said took my call at *:**. I told her how rude she was. After reading all the complaints online it appears you do not care how you treat a customer. Need to tell ms Kiaira who says there are so many with the same name she needs customer service skills.
