~Cindy C.: Ordered from call center. I ordered a thin crust meat lovers pizza with jalepenos & was told it would be ready by *:** pm. Arrived on time. Was tolls it's *rd in line in the oven & shouldn't be but @* minutes . Sat much longer than that. I usually check the pizza before leaving but was rushed & didn't open the box till I got home. They made me a thin stuffed crust pizza with three toppings instead. Called the order center to have them check what was put on my ticket. CSR stated stuffed crust with jalepenos which I DID NOT ORDER. CSR said she understood but could do nothing about it. There was not a bad connection when I placed the order & I even ordered in the presence of someone in my car that verified I said that. The order taker put down the wrong information. The pizza is NOT one I would have ever ordered because we do not like stuffed crusts. No assistance or offer by CSR was even attempted to rectify the mistake & the pizza will be thrown out. $** for something we cant eat
