GetHuman-21021: Waited in the drive through for ** minutes for my oder that I know was ready because I called to confirm this before leaving my home. A truck sat running in line in front of me for ** minutes so apparently his*her order WAS NOT READY!!! I would have parked and went inside but I had several children in my car and wouldn't leave them of course....so instead of the pizza hut staff seeing asking the truck to MOVE AND PARK WHILE SEVERAL DRIVE THROUGH CUSTOMERS SIT WAITING...THEY DO NOTHING! WAY TO BE RIGHT ON TOP OF CUSTOMER SERVICE...DONT BE IN A HURRY AT THE ONLY PIZZA HUT IN LEXINGTON VA!!! the staff is slow and not so bright!!!!!
