~just_me: Website was not working. After trying for ** min to order online, local store wouldn't honor Web offer...very frustrating that I had to spend more money than I intended. I realize that part of my problem needs to be addressed by IT department, but I feel I should have been offered a coupon from this *** number good toward a future purchase, but I got nothing.
