GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Playstation customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Ito007: I could not find a good way to contact you guys so I thought I would just say it here so I like to give you guys an Idea you could take it in consideration or not your choice. But I would like to sake if you guys can make the ps* back words convertible like the ps* I keep hearing that you guys will stream games now that is a good idea but is there going to be problems when you do that I mean think of it if you download to much stuff on there would it crash or just work slower.another thing I would ask you is if you guys can connect ps* and ps* together so if I have a friend that has a ps* and I have a ps* could I play online with them. Also like I said you guys streaming these games will be cool and all but if it was backwards convertible I can play my ps* games I already bought on my ps* in stead of buying it by steaming it. With that said you guys should do some universal memory system so if I have a ps* and I go to my account I can have my saved data with games I already have.

~Ito007: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Ito007: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Playstation's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Ito007: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Playstation customers?
~Ito007: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Playstation to know who you are.
