~Some Person: The person on the line was very helpful, though it is quite difficult to get them on the line. However, I wish they could've helped me more, as I'm living away from the North America region.

~Some Person: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
