~Bolo123: I had a question about the activation of my upgrade service that I paid for and it was never activated. First I e-mailed them twice waited a week and not a single reply. I then called them Waited **mins on speaker phone and it just disconnected, i called back and waited about **mins and a recording answered and gave me options and to leave a message with a contact number, so after gave my message, and then the recording said the voice mail was full. I called back again over the next few days and still the same problem. I gave up and now I have reported them to my Credit Card company to get a refund, after their investigation I was refunded the money by Visa as I was told they to could not make contact. **** poor service, No Customer service at all and their site was misleading, they say its free but its not once you sign up for free account and fill out all the info and create your profile and contact some you are interested in since its a dating site when you get a message you can't
