~Waukeenah Jim: I had spent * months trying to title a *nd hand ATV in FL, because you cannot use on public lands w*o registration. It was manf before FL required titles and had never been titled or registered by previous owner. *CSR, Amber, contacted a local dealer and made arrangements for me to get a manf cert of origin for ** year old machine -- which will now allow me to get a FL title. Very professional, prompt and courteous service!

~Waukeenah Jim: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Waukeenah Jim: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Polaris's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Waukeenah Jim: For that I would say two out of five.
