~Crane Sandston: Polaris customer service is the worst I've ever seen. With only ** hours on my machine, the fuel pump broke, and since it is inside the gas tank, the entire assembly had to be replaced. $***. It was just over a year old, and Polaris refused to admit that the part was faulty, even though they had completely redesigned it in the meantime. All of the dealers here in the midwest knew that it was faulty and said so. They were waiting for a service notice that never came. The Polaris body is flimsy. You must replace the plastic rivets very soon after purchase or they will pop. If you pay an extra $***. for camo, as I did, it is thin, scratches easily and turns purple in * years. By contrast, I have had excellent customer service from Yamaha.

~Crane Sandston: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Crane Sandston: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Polaris's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Crane Sandston: For that I would say four out of five.

~Crane Sandston: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Polaris to know who you are.
