~Wayne: Had to go through the selection menus a few times before I just pressed '*' to talk to a Customer Service Rep. Told her what I wanted to do (cancel my account) and she put me through to another Rep for the closure. About a * minute wait there, and then he went through the usual spiel about 'no fee' and 'better deal', blah blah blah. Just said no thanks and he said OK, asked my security credentials, and closed the account. Very easy.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Presidents Choice. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Presidents Choice problem?
~Wayne: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Wayne: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Presidents Choice's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Wayne: For that I would say two out of five.
