GetHuman-137458: The person that answered was excellent, but after waiting so long it turned out that I had to deal with another department. She offered to switch me and I let her, but I was sent to the usual recorded voice that asks for my acct, number which I no longer have. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!!!!
