GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Press-Register customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-313646: Made * phone calls to Customer Service rep named Seth. I explained that I was trying to make a payment on line. There was a choice to pay by crd card or bank acct. No fields exist to pay by bank acct and if I input my Visa bankcard, it tells me it is invalid. He had no idea what the problem was and thought maybe tech support could help me. He tried to transfer me but it didn't work. I called back and he put me on hold to see how to do the transfer. He took my number and said they would call me back right away. I asked him if he knew if it was a customer serv person I would be talking to or a programmer. Doesn't matter. But he said he didn't know. Was this his *st day on the job, or is the Press-register is in a whale of a lot of trouble as I suspect? Linda Rux--Mobile, AL
