~Aficionado: I have been using Priceline for over ** years and am beginning to HATE this company!!! They have the worst Customer Service since they outsourced to the Philippines and the customer service individuals have on empathy or concern about customer concerns. On top of that, Price has declined in their star ratings for hotels over the years. A * Star hotel is really a * Star hotel nowadays. Do yourself, use other websites that are more reputable like TripAdvisor, Trivago, etc., and then pay full price. It is worth it. Priceline is not who they used to be.

~Aficionado: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Aficionado: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Priceline's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Aficionado: For that I would say five out of five.

~Aficionado: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Priceline to know who you are.
