~Reid: I have begun to realize that this could be my fault. After all why would you expect a so-called reputable business to act like they got some integrity. My mistake. Priceline, I am sorry that I have trampled on your idea of doing business* that you should give the customer what he contracted and paid for. What the **** was I thinking? So besides putting up flyers detailing how I was so stupid to expect the best from you,on Monday I will put them up here in Philadelphia, next week when I go to DC and at the end of the month, when I go to Providence, RI, I will make sure I stop in CT and hand out and place them all over town. Forgive me for expecting the best, it won't happen again.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Priceline. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Priceline problem?
~Reid: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Reid: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Priceline's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Reid: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Priceline customers?
~Reid: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Priceline to know who you are.
