GetHuman-123120: I made reservations for flight and car renatl for my son in the military and charged it on my credit card and when I called the car rental (AVIS)they said that I had to physically be there in order for my son to pick up the car with my credit card ( I live in Chicago) or for him to use his card for the pick up. Called Priceline to let them know what Avis stated and asked if the car rental be cancelled and refund my money back and the customer service operator stated no. I am a ** year Retired Veteran and travel all over the world using Expedia for travels without problems. My son mention Priceline and now I regret it for this reason. I will never use this website again. Nor will I recommend this to anyone and will let all know of the horrible experience. I lost my hard working money. This is horrible service.
