~lucy davis: at first helpful but tranferr call to customer service about refund and been holding ever since for available representative. If I didn't need help and answers it would be easy to hang up. My son is in the military.He and his family is trying to fly home for christmas, something have come up and since I book the tickets.I have to get the answer. I have been holding ** minutes. All the recording saying "we apologize for the delay..please continue to hold for the next available representative. i wonder if anyone at priceline even read these comments or care ,probably not. Now it's been ** minutes. they don't plan on answering this call.

~lucy davis: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Priceline's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~lucy davis: For that I would say one out of five.
