~Josh: A pending bill wasn't reflecting a recent change in my policy when viewed online so I called them to find out why and to make sure that the correct amount got paid on time. Service person picked up inside of a minute, was pleasant and helpful, and was able to manually update the billing amount and process my payment very quickly.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Progressive Insurance. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Progressive Insurance problem?
~Josh: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Josh: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Progressive Insurance's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Josh: For that I would say five out of five.
