~Disappointed and hurt: This company took my order and charged both my credit card and my wife's credit card and then failed to deliver the product at all, ruining a birthday*Easter surprise for my daughter and her family. Customer service was awful, including supervisors. I am filing a complaint with BBB and would never recommend QVC to anyone.
