~QB's user: volume was low, but I could hear. She resolved my issues with trying to troubleshoot multiuser set up between vista and **network share*permissions*firewall, etc. I am the only admin person, so I had to answer the phone*produce a paycheck, multiple interruptions to me all while she patiently waited until I could get through the next step! Her name was Maria, thank you Maria!
