~Adele Bark: I forgot to tell you that there IS a chat but it is not a good experience. put in Quicken.com and you will find a tiny word chat to click on. There is no support on the support site. It is a Community Cite
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Quicken. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Quicken problem?
~Adele Bark: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Adele Bark: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Quicken's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Adele Bark: For that I would say four out of five.
