~FED-UP: Dear consumers-DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!*They took months to solve my problem of a defective portable dvd player which I purchased for $***.**.They sent me three different units over the past six months with the same problems.I should be blessed that the last unit they sent me worked for one week then shut sown completely.I am currently pursuing a case against RCA with the Better Business Bureau in Canada-where their operation is based.This company and it's employees are no better than THIEVES!!!Good luck to you who have all been taken in by them.HOW CAN BUSINESSES LIKE THIS BE ALLOWED TO OPERATE IN THIS WORLD????
