~quality1: I got ahold of the help line in India and they were friendly but hard to understand. After the second call I requested a number in the US. Upon calling and waiting at that number, the rep. called me a racist for not wanting to talk to the Indian reps.and hung up on me. No chance to explain that I was having trouble understanding the Indian reps. And all other calls were dropped and another hung up on me before I could even say hi. This is a worthless company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
