GetHuman-198122: I would not recommend this company to anyone. All they want is your money and they don't care about helping you out or answering your questions. They have very very poor customer service and for the amount of money they are asking for each year for their supposed "services" they should be doing a whole **** of a lot more. Their hotels are crappy and the services at those hotels are very crappy including the customer service. I went else where for three nights because the hotel that RCI was affiliated treated me like I was a criminal. This company ***** I tell you and don't get pulled into their so called "deals". What good is giving all your money to them if they're not if going to treat you with the common decency you deserve????

GetHuman-198122: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.

GetHuman-198122: For that I would say three out of five.

GetHuman-198122: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for RCI to know who you are.
