~poiuytrewq: The young man who answered my call was very friendly and was able to confirm if they sold the Atlas that I was searching for, the price and if it was in stock. I have read a few negative reviews about hold times but can only assume the person may have been trying to get through on a Monday which is when most companies experience much higher than normal call volumes. I still love Rand McNally and wish them continued success.
