~Momdukes: Never got an answer, got a recording about everything that did not concern me. I just need (and still need) to add minutes to my phone. I don't need to hear a recording telling me that I have no minutes. I called to add minutes but they are telling me everything else and I'm never prompt to push the ** or ** to add minutes. All I can do is leave a message for someone to get back with me, well this is the *th call and still no call back. So I'm sitting here with minutes I have paid for and can not add to my phone. There is a lot you need to change, for one a phone line to add minutes to your phone when you have none. I feel like I need to change my service to someone that it's not so dam hard to add minutes, or more like impossible!!!

~Momdukes: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about ReachOut Wireless's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Momdukes: For that I would say three out of five.
