~ crystal clear: phones are in terrible shape bought my second phone and had to buy two batteries for it cannot check your text minutes must call them what a hassle never recieved a free battery that they say you can recieve if you have never recieved one do not know all the makes nd models of the phones the stores sell must go all the to store to get make and model of phone before i can get a free battery sell only refurbished phones very poor policy of all sales final on substandard used phones and equipment
