GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's ReachOut Wireless customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~funkylowlow: up graded my phone, it is now over the ** days according to their website, it takes to receive your phone. *When I questioned the rep. about the tracking number through Fedex, I let him know it is not being delivered through Fedex ground or Fedex home..it states fedexpostal. Which means they deliver it to the post office. There is no tracking number for the post office, the Fedex tracking does not work on USPS tracking site. The STUPID rep. told me what I already knew according to Fedex website. He had no clue if the phone was ever delivered to the post office from fedex. He started to play games with the phone by stating he could not hear me but throughout the whole conversation he heard every thing. Our Government should be ashamed to have Foreigners to do work Americans can do. This customer service rep. was from INDIA. They will give an American name, to make it appear they are American. Customer Service *****....Such incompetents, and ignorance and non English speaking TAR
