~Jbonerzzzzz: I rented * movies and one was empty and it took me * calls to figure out how I'm going to return it because I did almost every single ways to return it none of them really helped. * hung up on me bc I was just really upset and done with it, * people were rude pretty much telling me what the h*ll I want to do eventho that question falls on redbox, like what the **** am I supposed to do. First of, I'm getting charged for a movie I HAVE NOT seen at all since it was empty and they were pushing me to return it which the machine kept returning it back out. Anyway, none of them let me talk to a manager to solve this problem better. There should b a manager or someone higher for this kindof problem. I have a full time job and yes mostly everyone has Netflix since we're all busy but you go to redbox for new movies correct? So it wasted my time and this problem won't let me stop from renting a movie, just hope customer service gets better and supervisors or managers should always b there to hand
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Redbox. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Redbox problem?

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
